Gombe Governor Dissolves Board, Management of Gombe Transport Company; Gombe Line

Gombe State Governor, Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya ( Dan Majen Gombe) has approved the dissolution of the board and management of Gombe State Transport Service ( Gombe Line) with immediate effect.

This is contain in a statement by Ismaila Uba Misilli, Director-General  ( Press Affairs) Government House.

The statement said the  Secretary to the State Government, Professor Ibrahim Abubakar Njodi conveyed the Governor’s approval today in a statement.

Governor Yahaya has also approved with immediate effect, the appointment of Usman Mamman Kamara as Interim Sole Administrator of the transport company and mandated him to select key staff that would man Traffic, Commercial, Revenue, Audit and Workshop Departments.

According to the SSG, the Sole Administrator, who has practical records and cognate experience in the organization, is to report directly to the office of the Executive Governor.
