New NAHCON Chairman, Jalal Arabi Visits Governor Inuwa Yahaya

Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya, CON, earlier today, received the newly appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON), Alhaji Jalal Ahmad Arabi, at the Governor’s lodge in Abuja.

Alhaji Jalal Arabi was accompanied by distinguished personalities, including Presidential Adviser and former FCT Minister, Dr. Aliyu Modibbo Umar, and former NAHCON Chairman, Barr. Abdullahi Mukhtar.

Expressing his gratitude for the warm reception, the new NAHCON Chairman, also appreciated the support and encouragement of His Excellency as regards his new appointment.

Recall that Governor Inuwa Yahaya had earlier, through a press statement, expressed delight at the appointment of Alhaji Jalal Arabi by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as NAHCON Chairman, applauding the Nigerian leadet for selecting a highly experienced technocrat and a seasoned administrator of impeccable repute.

In that statement, the Governor noted Arabi’s distinguished career as a retired Federal Permanent Secretary, emphasizing the new Chairman’s ability to excel in this new role.

He encouraged Alhaji Jalal Arabi to leverage his wealth of experience and knowledge to revitalize the National Hajj Commission and elevate it to new heights of excellence and effective service delivery.
