Pen Resource Academy Commended For Educational Development.

The Pen Resource Academy has been commended for its contribution to the development of the educational sector in Gombe state.

Dr Abdulkadir Saleh, a lecturer at the department of political science, Gombe state University, made the commendation at the speech and prize giving day/graduation of the Pen Resource Academy Gombe.

Dr Abdulkadir Saleh, who is the guest speaker at the occasion said the school has ensured continuity in its and academic excellence by assembling best brains as teaching and nonteaching staff which is translating to its students excelling in local and national competitions.

Speaking on the topic: “Role of self discipline in learners’ performance in quality life”, the guest speaker said quality life is self discipline in ensuring moral upbringing of children that will honour and respect to parents, community and the country at large.

In a remark, the head Teacher of the school,
Mrs Sa’adatu Ahmed said the management of the school are striving in inculcating sound education and moral discipline on the pupils.

She added that in its years of operation Pen Resource ensure consistency and continuity from nursery, primary and secondary sections as well as university which is commencing full academic activities by September this year.

Also at the occasion, there were presentations of gifts to outstanding students.
