Center for Community Health and Development International Conducts Quarterly Data Review Meeting In Gombe

A non-governmental organization, CHAD Community Health and Development International has conducted its quarterly data review meeting in conjunction with the State Primary Health Care Agency and other authorities concerned, to analyze the data collected so far regarding projects implemented within the period.

Speaking during the meeting held in Gombe, the Program officer of Chad state2state project Leo Festus, he said the organization has implemented the program for one year centering on Accountability, Transparency, and Effectiveness activities in the state concerning healthcare, and budget and planning across Gombe state.

He advocated for the government to ensure speedy release of funds allocated to the health sector for renovation of healthcare facilities in dilapidated shape, as observed by the data.
In his remarks, the representative of the state executive secretary Primary healthcare, Abdulkarim Aliyu, results from the data concerning state of the healthcare facilities, is timely, as the state government is working towards revamping status of the health sector.

He also urged participants at the event to emulate knowledge assimilated at the review meeting for a better healthcare delivery service in their respective areas.
