Supply improvement: Complement our effort to sustain tempo, KEDCO appeals to customers

 

The Management of Kano Electricity Distribution Company (KEDCO) has appealed to its numerous customers to report all forms of activities that could threaten the current improvement in supply being experienced across Kano franchise.

A According to the statement,  for the past one week, there had been constant supply with a minimum of between 14, 18 and 24 hours of supply, this the company says needs to be complemented.

KEDCO urged its customers to report cases of illegal connections, meter bypass, vandalism and other forms of sabotage as doing this will enable the company strengthen supply and improve on services thereby gladden the hearts of  customers as the year comes to an end.

The company  also appealed customers to always pay their electricity bills as and when due.

The statement reiterated the commitment of the company to improving service delivery, however said it cannot do it alone as it need all the supports and encouragements from the esteemed customers.
